Excellent cleanliness, modern well-fitted design, secure bike storage facilities

Parking spaces are very small, especially with large vehicles. There could be better communication from reception regarding charges!!! A more professional demeanor from staff would enhance the experience.

Fairly clean place and helpful staff, appreciated marvellous location. My room was comfy, had smoke detectors for safety measures. Btw it included a mini bar fridge, a personal safe, and a sofa bed. Nothing to complain about, the hotel met the demands.

the location was exceptionally nice as it was near a cinema and restaurants. we went out for dinner, found les frangines, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The large shower and rain shower head were fantastic, and the secure bike storage was the best I've experienced in a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a lovely stay.

Great staff and beautiful harbour views. Comfortable amenities,, early check-in was a nice surprise.

Dusty common areas and cramped parking can be frustrating. Noisy ventilation dampens relaxation.

The hotel boasts an convenient location, with easy access to the train station and city center. My room provided fine views of the marina, and the staff's warmth. The breakfast offered fresh options, and the secure bike storage was a nice touch.

The room featured a cozy setup with a decent amount of space, although nothing extravagant stood out. The air conditioning functioned properly, keeping the room comfortable .

A €250 deposit requirement upon check-in wasn't mentioned beforehand, inconvenient. Fetching water from reception felt out of place, and a lack of pain killer meds at reception, especially on a Sunday. The floor lamp in the room didn't work, disappointing.

The mercure features a fresh, stylish interior with impeccably clean rooms. The friendly staff were cute and provided great service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options available.

The Classic Room with One Double Bed and One Sofa was spacious, and we enjoyed great views of the port. The room had nice decor and was super clean. The Nuxe bathroom products were a lovely touch. The air conditioning worked well. The check-in experience felt a bit unprofessional with some giggling staff. The room could've used a few more comfortable pillows!

Had a lovely stay with a spacious room and an awesome rain shower that felt like a spa! There’s a nice sun terrace to relax with a drink and a cozy lounge area for unwinding. The mattress protectors were a bit noisy, but it didn’t really take away from my experience. 🌞
